Seek Revelation and follow it. The last part of step three.
Spirituality yields two fruits. The first is inspiration to know what to do. The second is power, or the capacity to do it. These two capacities come together. That’s why Nephi could say, “I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded.” 2 He knew the spiritual laws upon which inspiration and power are based. Yes, God answers prayer and gives us spiritual direction when we live obediently and exercise the required faith in Him. Link Elder Scott

ReplyDeleteI have been reading your blog since early January. My husband had an affair 3 years ago, which is over, but still has problems with porn. He sees it as a normal part of being male. I have been encouraged by your blog. Thank you for sharing your pain so that many can receive encouragement and hope from you. I will be praying for you and your family.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your prayers and support. I really believe we have to support each other through this pernicious addiction. When our husbands are deep in the addiction they are clueless as to how it is affecting the ones that love them. I'll pray for you and your husband. Hopefully soon he will want to be free of it. Thanks for the comment it's nice to know someone is reading it and its helping.
